Close to the most beautiful beach in Africa, we offer you an exclusive and very spacious apartment on the second floor of a house with six apartments. Almost 100% of the electricity comes from our own photovoltaic system. Internet is available via fiber optic connection (LAN) and fast WLAN. If required and by prior arrangement, you can also take advantage of our free shuttle service to the beach (approx. 1,300 m) or to the golf course (approx. 9 km). Our apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms en suite, a living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony offers 180 m2 of living space. If required and by prior arrangement, we can provide you with a baby crib and a high chair. A fifth person can sleep on a spacious sofa bed in the living room. You can relax in peace and quiet in our spacious grounds (approx. 3,125 m2) without live music or bright lighting. In the garden there is a large pool with our “namesake”, a 400-year-old baobab tree, which provides shade. Included are above all: bed linen, towels, air conditioning, internet, gas for cooking, drinking water (cold and room temperature) in a large water dispenser, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, napkins, toilet paper, wet wipes, pool, parking. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for a dream vacation: countless restaurants and beach bars of all kinds. Car, motorcycle, scooter and bicycle rental, supermarkets (the Carrefour market is open 24/7), water sports (kite surfing, diving, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and much more), leisure activities of all kinds, safaris by land cruiser or by plane from Ukunda.
