”This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden. After that, get back to the room and stay calm with plenty of space, but...

”Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”

”The room was clean but that is about all. Bed was jiggly. The bathroom was so tiny the door to the room was a joke. It was like a flimsy closet door any one could have broke through. Very over priced for what you received. Breakfast in the morning was okay. 2eggs 2 sausage and toast ”

”One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. ”

”When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.”

”I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! ”The photos of this room on Expedia are quite different — they seem to be mixed with other room types from the same property. In reality, the place looks about 75% like the pictures. The water heater didn’t work during my stay, but the service was good and communication was easy.”
