The room itself was decent and spacious. The bathroom had black mold in the shower so felt gross and dirty. The area after dark didn’t feel safe - lots of solo men loitering. Also, I lost the room key - I expected a charge, but the charge was $45 + tax which I felt was quite excessive.

Property itself is great. Downtown Moncton doesn't feel very safe though. Strange people walking around every now and then.

The Bower group offers amazing stays. We love this property - spacious, quiet and yet close to everything. The deck was perfect for morning coffees and drinks in the evening! We will book again the next time we are in town!

This little place was fabulous! Easy to access, modern, great shower, awesome kitchenette and cosy living space. Close to a fantastic bakery for breakfast and a couple of awesome local restaurants for dinner or drinks. Highly recommended!

Le wifi aurait besoin d'un upgrade. Il est même difficile d'aller sur Facebook. D'ailleurs impossible de se connecter avec Netflix car la télé est trop vieille mais côté propreté, emplacement et service c'est un bon 5 sur 5.

Don’t hesitate! Book it.

I thought I booked the room with the tower, however it didn’t matter as I wasn’t in the hotel much. It was a great location easy to walk downtown. Very quiet and comfortable. I was in town for a work conference but wish I had stayed an extra night just to get to relax a bit at this adorable spot. It will be my go to stay for my trip to Moncton from now on.

The suite was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was very modern. Close to restaurants. Wifi was not available on our check out date. They were very few coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days. Otherwise it definitely met our needs.

This is a fantastic place for a home away from home. The room is well appointed with everything you need, even laundry pods. It's very close to Main St., lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Excellent for visiting downtown Moncton. Completely walkable to everything downtown. Great parking. Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Excellent communication. Great balcony. Very convenient. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Beautiful building right downtown, walking distance to Avenir Centre. The room was lovely. One small downside is the unpaved parking lot, it was quite messy because it was raining. Even so, we will stay here again next time we are in town.

Very quiet. Walking distance to main st which has a great selection of restaurants. Same price as other hotels around but with a kitchen and a closed bedroom. Which is nice when someone wants to sleep and the other wants to watch tv

We had a good stay. We really enjoyed the concept of the boutique hotel. It was great having so much space and self check in. It was a bit confusing finding which door to go to from the parking lot. It was very loud in our unit: we stayed after a concert and our bed was directly next to the “main lobby” area only separated by a thin wall and a door so we could hear everyone coming back after the concert and people chatting in the lobby and knocking on doors quite loudly for some time. The outside of the house needs repairs and the couch in the unit was extremely uncomfortable and coffee table scratched up. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable which is the most important part in my opinion. Loved the modern kitchen and bath. Our unit was listed as having a patio but we did not, we had an inside sun room style area, which was nice but it had no furniture so we couldn’t enjoy it. It was nice being able to walk to downtown hot spots. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we would return.

Loooooove this cute little hotel. Pivately owned! Good area! Easy to communicate. All that was included (utensils, dishes pots and pans, full fridge, etc.) I would update the bed though!
