Unfortunately, many hotels were experiencing the same issue due to an unexpected software update.Your receipt was sent via email. Please feel free to contact our front desk agents to confirm the email address we have on file is correct, if you did not receive it. As per your security deposit, it is a 100.00 authorization that is held until check-out. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-5 business days to appear back on your credit card. You can contact your bank to confirm. The security deposit does not appear on the receipt, as it is not a charge only an authorization to ensure funds are available. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope to serve you better in the future.
