”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”I liked everything about the hotel. It's just that Valet parking is a bit disorganized to the point that drivers dont immediately know where my car is when I have to go back for it to get something out of it. And I had to wait about 20 minutes when it was finally time to check out and get my car. The drive way in front of the hotel is narrow and traffic is usually bad, but being more organized would mitigate this.”
