”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The staff was great. However, the property is dated and not well kept. Stains on the carpet, missing toilet seat screw cap, stains on the furniture, dirt stains on the tub floor, Popcorn ceiling, and crumbs on the seats in the room to name a few. If you are sensitive to uncleanliness, then I would suggest a different hotel.

”We arrived early. Anthony tried to find us a room upon our arrival but nothing was available. Since we needed to catch the 1:00 pm train to Washington DC , he got our baggage in storage and said that he would call when the a room was available.
Anthony did call to let me know that our room was ready for us when we arrived back . We got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were checked-in and luggage retrieved in a matter of minutes.”
