Need good luck to get in!
We had to check-in a bit after 21, when the receptionist had checked-out. The machine that was supposed to give our room key card swallowed the card before we could see it. Unfamiliar with the check-in routines with this hotel concept, we did not what to do. Luckily, the receptionist lady was getting out of the building and saw us in trouble. She was quite rude but quickly realized what had happened (obviously again), opened the dam machine and fished our key card from its stomach. From there on, everything worked fine. The room was small, clean and the bathroom airplane-style. However, the room was very quiet and relatively cheap. Anyone who likes self-service (that does not work) may like this hotel concept. We managed only with good luck to get in but slept well.
