The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. ”The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is practically in the heart of the city but still in a rather quiet area. There was a big and beautiful park right in front of the hotel which was a big bonus. You could just step out of the front door and go and sit on one of the park benches. There were a few problems as well. Even though our room was on the eighth floor, we could hear practically everything that was going on on the street level; passing cars, the occational dogs barking...
