The cottage of 50 m2 includes a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

The common garden is a friendly space with petanque, shaded tables, barbecue, plancha, 8-seater garden under pergola, perfect for relaxing and admiring the hills. In the evening, the lighting creates a warm atmosphere to enjoy the starry sky.

An old barn houses a library corner conducive to rest: books, CDs, board games. A shared gym is also available.

Located in the heart of the vineyard of Jurançon, the estate is 7 minutes from shops/restaurants, 30 minutes from the valleys of Aspe and Ossau, 1 hour from ski resorts, and 1 hour 30 from the Basque Country, the Atlantic Ocean and Spain: ideal for nature excursions and culture.

Pets not admitted unless previously agreed with waiver. Smoking indoors is prohibited.

No events to preserve the calm. Respect for the horses, dogs present on the site, and the environment.

Waste sorting is facilitated, the accommodation has water saving and lighting devices.
