”Stay was overall enjoyable, the house was generally clean, and mostly well supplied. One big concern was not having communication on how to get into the property until the night before and only after I texted, called (could not leave a message), and contacted VRBO customer service. That said, once I got the information checking in was easy. There was only one coffee pod for the Keurig. Toilet roll in the bathroom was nearly empty - and no other rolls in the bathroom. ”We really appreciated our host - she was super helpful, always connected, nice and professional. We faced some issues, caused by the weather and beyond anybody's control, but the host just saved our trip. Because of her we had wonderful weekend, relaxing and quiet. ”We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount.
