”As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets." Upon arriving they were far from luxurious. Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared. The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance. The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases. All the basic requirements except clothes dryer. Very small screen and not a smart...

”It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so...

”A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.”

We had to go across the road to some other holiday u its and he had to come and let us in with a door code to our room (hoping he had given us the correct room and not someone elses). The unit itself was quite good though”
