”We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business!
The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen!
I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3”

”Room.was very clean with a few little extra touches. Staff were very helpful. Not luxurious but perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good for an extra payment. Convenient location for town. Would definitely use again. ”

”A beatiful place. Rooms were immaculate. The guest room was a real bonus: large with panoramic views towards the Brecon Beacons. The breakfast menu was extensive and very well cooked. I would recommend this to anyone.”
