”I arrived early was told room be ready at 3pm as advertised which was fine. At 3pm room still not ready yet several other patrons gor rooms while I continued to wait. 330 room finally ready when retiring to bed found staff had placed 2 fitted sheets instead of one and a flat sheet. Truly unusual for a Hilton property.”

”This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!”

”The room smelled very strongly of cat urine and all fabric surfaces felt damp both are signs of black mold. Fees were added at check in even though expedia claimed total price. Would avoid this property.”

”My wife and I stayed for a night to attend a wedding. The room and the property were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was worried that the 3 pm check-in would make us late to the ceremony, but the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in took less than 5 minutes! The lobby had decent coffee even in the afternoon. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.”

”Although the hallways were a bit dreary looking - dark colors - it was kept clean - mopping and vacuuming daily. The room was a bit older looking than the pictures, but it certainly met our needs. I rather liked not having housecleaning come in daily. We were able to exchange towels and sheets as we deemed needed. We had use of a vacuum and broom to clean the floors. They did not provide cleaning supplies for the bathroom. It was very economical to be able to cook in the room and keep supplies...

”I knew I booked the wrong hotel when there was bulletproof glass at the check-in desk. Rooms were filthy and the whole area felt unsafe.”

”The hotel rooms are showing their age. Good location but the rooms need remodeling/updating. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Handle on the shower/tub was stripped so we had to be very careful about setting the water temperature before getting in the shower. Beds were fine, although not sure if the A/C could keep up.”

”The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”
