”Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used. The cleanliness of the room was sub par enough to take this from a 5 star experience to a 3. I would stay here again though, but I would come expecting to do some cleaning upon arrival.”

”I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that, unlike many hotels, there weren't any appliances or outlets that had lights on them. Usually, I have to cover multiple glowing lights at night to sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. After a long car ride, I made use of the hot tub and pool, which were both clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant and bar staff....

”So far this place has been great. They worked with me with a couple issues that I had with checking in and staying in the same room. They allowed me to check in a little earlier than their proper check-in time after my long drive I was very tired and I really appreciate it going to my room earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here again”

”My stay was horrible they tried to charge me $275 for a broken lamp that was already broken! Additional $50 for bedding because of red dye that was out of my control. I called the facility the manager was disrespectful hung up on me multiple times. I wouldn’t go back even if I wanted to. They put me on a do not return list and I’m okay with that because they are very disrespectful in there. I wouldn’t stay there especially if you have an issue and have to talk to a manager! ”
