”We were there eight nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. After it was cleaned there weren’t any hand towels or bath mat left and the dish towel wasn’t replaced. I call down to ask to have some brought up and they said Housekeeping has gone home and for me to go to the desk and get them not the best customer service. Also the toilet I had to ask to have cleaned it had a yellow staining on it, the tub, horribly stained and chipped. The bathroom door seem coming apart and soiled. I’m...

”It’s a typical three star hotel! The room was pretty clean and smelled good. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the room on for one hour to get dressed and showered after driving into town for a funeral. I’m grateful they had a room available.”
