”I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!”

”Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.”

”Parking was right in front of the building. The place was very clean all over. Breakfast was included, they served pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. Super easy check in process. The Chalet is only about a 5 minute drive from mount snow! So grateful to the staff who texted me to let me know we had left something behind and the room when they went to clean it! ”

”This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

”The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

”The place is very centrally located and there's parking in the front. There's a brewery on the ground floor that serves great beer and pizza and has live music. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof at all so not ideal for light sleepers. The live music is until 10-10.30 pm and after that it gets quieter. There's a nice fireplace in a shared space on the ground floor next to the bar. The rooms are very small. They are relatively clean. There's no staff on the hotel. It's self check in. ”

”There was no sound insulation between rooms and our neighbors weee loud. The man in the room next to us was snoring and it was so loud that it felt like he was in our room. Our room door would only lock with the deadbolt while inside, so we were unable to leave our room unattended. Police presence in our hallway for an unknown reason left us feeling unsettled with an unlocking door. No one staffing the front desk late in the evening. Awful waterproof mattress pad on bed was uncomfortable and...

”This was a fun and comfortable place to stay. We were impressed by the size of the cabins as well as their construction. Staff was friendly and the check in/out process easy. A great place to bring kids. ”
