”The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The decor is cozy and well thought out. Thoughtful amenities like shampoo/conditioner, coffee etc were very much appreciated. It was my home away from home for two weeks.”

”Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria ”

”Our group has stayed in your facility for the past four years around the same time. Our first stay we were so impressed with staff outside area and room conditions. It has been a gradual downhill slide. Upon check-in we were told there was no elevator service and that all rooms on the first floor were taken. Everyone in our group was 70 or older. Fortunately we were all able to maneuver the stairs. Both the snack and drink machines were out of order. Just seemed like an uncared for facility....
