”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...

”I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

”There is a no vistor policy the inside smells and locks very badly. The elevator doesn't work I got stuck on a floor about ten minutes before it went to floor 1 n I could get out.Bed sheets FILTHY, MICROWAVE DIPLORABLE N I COULDNT DO UT I HAD 5 DAYS I ONLY SPENT ONE HORRIFYING NIGHT.BUT HONESTLY HAVING LOW FUNDS MADE ME CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. ”Welcoming and chatty check-in. Took a couple of tries to get a working key card, and moved from 2nd to 3rd floor due to smell of cigarettes. Vinyl curtain was in bad shape (see picture). Bedsheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Chair and carpets had visible staining. Tub didn't drain well and had rust-colored staining, but felt clean. Breakfast was fine with some hot food options. It's about what I'd expect for the cost; not a place you'd vacation at, but clean and affordable.”

”This hotel was poorly taken care of 10/10 would NOT recommend! We took our kids there on our way to vacation and got in to the room late. There was a roach that ran across the desk as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on. There was mold on the ceiling, the smoke detector was literally missing just the exposed wires was present, the floors were unswept and disgusting (toe nails in the corner, food wrappers, etc.), there were gnats in the fridge, Ethernet boxes with no cover plate, and it...

”The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

”Very accommodating personnel. Common areas rundown. One stairwell was boarded up with a danger notice from 2003. Other areas were not bad at all. Makes you wonder what problems could be hidden”
