Ideally located less than 2 hours from the Pyrenees, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean, this charming Landes Chalosse region with its varied landscapes offers you authenticity and sharing true values. We will welcome you warmly and encourage you to discover our heritage, our gastronomy and our traditions in all simplicity. A Nouste is a family home surrounded by nature with a magnificent viewpoint to escape, dream and share good times with family, friends in a professional setting for short stays, a week or more! With its 290 m², the house is arranged on the ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas burners, microwave, completed by a storeroom with fridge, freezer and housing the washing machine, a games room, a spacious living room with TV corner, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a 33 m² veranda with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. The staircase leading upstairs serves 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 double beds) including 1 with bathroom, 1 dormitory with 3 single beds. 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. House equipped with oil heating, daily rate 10€ applied in winter and for your comfort a wood stove in the living room with wood offered. You will enjoy the 4000 m² of unenclosed wooded land - part of it is fenced - around the house and you will be able to ask the owners about their agricultural activity.
