”Great clean newly built place. The AC leaked the first night and they moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Great place but the breakfast options were atrocious. Juice, bread, stale pastry and oatmeal packets. None of it was fresh. I would have loved to see something fresh just to cut through basically bread. We will stay here again but know we will not get breakfast”

”Everything was HORRIBLE. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was a burnt crack pipe on the floor, cigarette burn holes in the bed, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing...

”The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is the only complaint I have. The breakfast does not taste good. It’s expensive and it’s horrible. The bacon is very very cheap and undone. Thin, undone bacon, that’s not crispy. It’s really bad. The coffee is bad, and the French toast is bad. Hire a new cook and this location would be a 10/10.”

”This hotel served its purpose for a short stay, but unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again. The property is very dated, had a noticeable musty/moldy odor, and did not feel particularly clean. The bed linens were stained, which was especially disappointing. The complimentary continental breakfast was mediocre at best. While I appreciate that breakfast was included, I expected better quality and selection. We were in town for a bereavement trip, so the hotel met our immediate needs...

”There was a broken toilet in the first room that was given and a broken microwave in the second room. I didn't like that I wanted to book two nights through Expedia and it wouldn't let me and I got to the property they made me have to do a new booking for the next night at a higher charged.”
