It consists of an entrance with plenty of storage space opening onto a beautiful living room combining living room and open-plan kitchen/dining room of 23 m2, all facing south and opening onto a French window with a pleasant view of the Capucins massif. This first living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. But also a large bedroom with a double bed (140) and a trundle bed (90), a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the Sancy massif. Finally a bathroom (shower) with toilet, washing machine and heated towel rail. In the annex, the apartment benefits from a private cellar in the basement. Pets are not accepted.
