”Room cleaning is poor. They skipped the daily cleaning if not spesifically asked from the reseption. No duvet for our baby, so he slept under a towel. Staff seemed super nice but seemed to had close to no training and usually had no idea what is happening. ”

”The hotel is outside of the city center area as it is in Carouge but if that center location isn't a must then this hotel is good. Carouge area is nice and both tram and bus stop right next to the hotel is easy to get to the city center. The hotel is also interestingly art themed which is something at least I haven't seen before. Well maintained and clean room, lobby and breakfast/bar areas with very friendly and helpful staff. ”Un hôtel agréable juste a la frontière suisse, petit déjeuner simple mais suffisamment rempli même dans la dernière demie heure. La chambre est bien insonorisée. Attention douche et lavabo dans la même pièce que le lit, et la literie est un peu trop dure et branlante.”

”The hotel is located perfectly, the lake and the old town are within walking distance. (The city of Geneva also provides tourists with a free public transportation ticket.) We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel and our room were clean and modern. ”
