”This was an amazing place to stay for our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was a large as the bedroom, including a jacuzzi bath. The room was serviced whenever we needed it and our hostess, Valeria, was extremely helpful at all times and very friendly too. In fact, before our stay I needed to call the property as we were going to arrive after check in. Valeria was most helpful and put me at ease by sending through all the details for self check in. ”We really enjoyed this hotel! Spectacular location! It was so close to everything. The room we had was more like a 1 bed apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. Staff was friendly & the hotel was quiet.”

”Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that”
