”Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically).”

”Estephano, the host, made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. ”Very beautifully located and renovated place with great history, peaceful atmosphere and super-friendly service. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden and it was great as it changed a bit every day. Room was spacious and clean with tub and fridge etc. Great views and many nice places to hang outside and read a book etc. The pool area was lovely also. Great value for your money! The only downside was a bit slow/at times non-existent wifi.”
