There are many amazing hicking paths just nearby (starting from your doorsteps) and very good public transportation to Pontassieve and Florence. If you want to know what Is Toscany life, this Is the place to be. I will certanly come back.”

”It’s difficult to express how much we loved this place. Nothing missing from the Tuscan fantasy. Charming old farm house overlooking green hills. Chickens, horses and a wonderful dog. A well-maintained pool, friendly hosts, lounge chairs, a hammock, a spa (for a price). Quiet! We could have stayed in this storybook for a month!”

”Jane and her wonderful husband were so accommodating. They were a wealth of information of places to go & see and where to eat. Their place is in a beautiful location which gives you the true Tuscan experience. Jane arranged for us us to have the most wonderful wine tasting at the Frescobaldi winery. Because Jane knew we were arriving from a long flight from Canada she offered to get us supplies beforehand so that we would have something to eat and not have to go grocery shopping upon arrival....

”Wunderschönes Haus und Umgebung. Herrliche Ruhe. Francesco ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge, läd aber auch zum verweilen ein. Herrlich!”

”Dem traditionelle Gebäude, was gefühlt inmitten im Nichts scheint, kann man nichts beanstanden. Vom Gasofen über der warmen Dusche bis zum Pool hat alles geklappt. Sollte aber etwas gewesen sein, war der Service des Gastgebers allzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar gewesen. Der morgendlicher Ausblick über die Wein- und Olivenberge war sehr schön, wenn man zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse sitzt und in das Tal hinunter blickt. Und wenn man sich von dem Standort sattgesehen hat, kann man mit nur sieben...

”We (8 - 10 people, 2 children) spent two wonderful weeks at "Tegolaia". The house, the landscape, the surroundings and the pool are fantastic. The perfect place for relaxation. The house offers a variety of places where you can retreat. The house and the surroundings are very well maintained. Pizza oven and barbecue ring are perfect. Shopping, train, wine tasting are nearby. There are also restaurants in the area. A car is a must. Absolutely recommendable. We would love to come back.”

”Das Häuschen La Capannina liegt traumhaft gelegen in den Hügeln um Londa. Die Anfahrt von Londa (ca. 6 km) erscheint beim erstem Mal etwas beschwerlich. Die Straße ist stellenweise sehr steil, schmal und hat einen teilweise sehr schlechten Belag. Bei Gegenverkehr kann es eng werden. Das Haus liegt von wenig Bäumen umgeben am Hang, so dass morgens, mittags und abends sonnige Bereiche zu finden sind. Für unsere Reiszeit Ende September ideal. ”First of all, the place is just a Tuscan dream. You wake up to the sound of the wind flowing through the mountains and a subtle sunlight that’s guarded by the mountains surrounding you. Second, the cottage is so connected to nature that it really gives you the chance to finally relax, eat, read a book or do whatever you need to recharge. Finally, Maria Luisa is such a sweet lady and she really gives you all the details (and space) you need to work around all the utilities. We highly recommend...
