”This is a wonderful B&B that is part of the historic district. Sloping uneven floors, which is the charm of having the chance to stay in a piece of history. A very comfortable room, with breakfast at a cafe nearby. Parking option is nearby, just talk with your host who is so helpful. Wonderful location to walk and enjoy all the town has to offer.”

”You need to read this because it’s true about many of the rooms that are being sold on Expedia for Italy. The rooms are not easy. Parking is more of a you figure it out situation. finding the room or the bed-and-breakfast is not necessarily easy. You will be carrying all your luggage yourself some distances. You will be caring all of your bags up several flights of stairs. It’s physically demanding to get to these places and to get your bags in and out of these places. Typically there is not...

”This hotel is a gem. Very nice old couple taking care of the place that is in building from year 1200. We got a room that had an amazing view over the Touscanyz. ”

”We spent three days on our honeymoon in L’Olmo and I cannot be happier of our choise! The place itself is really beautiful, high quality and everything works perfectly - and it still has an old personal/rustic countryside feeling. It is a perfect hideout for everyone looking some relaxed time and works also as good base to visit other nearby places. L’Olmo’s pool has an amazing view as a cherry on the top. All this with super nice staff makes the place perfect! :)”

”Lovely surroundings, great atmospheric spot, but: no possibility of sitting at the terrace in the evening, too many reserved tables from people, no special arrangement for those who stay there (only 4 rooms), one needs to reservea table asap, and even then... Broken fridge wasn't replaced and poor shower ("little things", but...) prize quality ratio not too good.”

”Pros: 1. Beautiful property with an amazing view. 2. Spacious family suite 3. Comfortable bed 4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning. Cons: 1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day. 4. Minimal amenities. 5. Few outlets The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic”...

”Absolute gem of a place. If you know, you know this is what boutique stays are all about. Stylish, relaxed, top tier attention to detail, amazing service that makes like you are staying with your coolest friends (that you probably don't have in real life - lol).
