”We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. ”

”The first night, the electricity shut off four times. I was in the shower in complete darkness. There was also no hot water, so we had to take cold showers.
The apartment is very old and does not look like the pictures shown in the listing. It is located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs ourselves.
I do not recommend this apartment. It is definitely not worth the price we paid.”

”Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby.
One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future.
Would definitely stay there again.”

”Superbe appartement avec toutes les fonctionnalités. Très proche de la gare et des attractions touristiques. Seul petit bémol, la communication avec le propriétaire pour obtenir les directives. Mais tout s’est bien passé en bout de ligne. Adresse très recommandable!”

”La struttura è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, ambienti curati e confortevoli. La pace e la tranquillità della posizione in cui si trova la casa permette assoluto relax. Comodo parcheggio. ”Our room was ok, but not well equipped at all. There was a Nespresso coffee maker with not one pod to be found. There was no other coffee maker, no tea kettle to boil water, no dish towel.
The company said they would bring a coffee pot to us the second day we were there, but on the fifth day when we checked out, they had still not supplied one.
Our consierge asked for a set of sheets for the sofa bed - we never got them. All in all, the customer service was lacking for the amount we paid for...
