The functional kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee machine, as well as all the basic utensils and tableware you may need.

In the living room, you'll find a **trundle sofa bed** that sleeps 2 people, with a comfortable mattress, and a **sleeping nook with a bunk bed** for 2 additional guests — ideal for families or small groups.
The bathroom and toilets are **separate** for added convenience.

Enjoy a **south-facing terrace** overlooking the children's playground — a peaceful and sunny outdoor space.

The apartment is perfectly located for skiing enthusiasts: the **ski school is located just below the residence**, and you have **direct access to the slopes** via the ski room.

Hiking lovers will also appreciate the many trails nearby.

For a unique panoramic view, head up just 300 meters to the **Belvédère du Revard**, where you’ll find a breathtaking view of **Lake Bourget** and the surrounding mountains.
