The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living area features air conditioning, and all bedrooms and the bathroom have heating. The lounge offers a large TV. The single-story house has step-free access and interior for easy mobility. Enjoy the private, unfenced 5,000 m² garden and the open terrace with outdoor furniture and a plancha grill. The wooded grounds, crossed by a stream, provide a peaceful, green setting.

You’ll stay in a picturesque, quiet area, 2 km from the charming medieval village of Montcuq (reachable on foot, by bike, or car) and 700 m from the large Sunday market. St Sernin Lake, with supervised swimming, playground, and dining, is 4 km away. Explore the medieval town of Lauzerte just 10 minutes away, near the Camino de Santiago and many hiking trails of Quercy Blanc. Cahors is 25 minutes away, St Cirq Lapopie 1 hour, Rocamadour 1.5 hours. Many medieval villages surround Montcuq in the Lot valley.
