”We spent our honeymoon at Palazzo Tucci. It was unique, spacious, historical, rustic, romantic. You could sense the past times in the palace and imagine how it must have been 100-200-300 years ago. So if you are looking for sterile and contemporary hotel this in NOT the place for you. The room(s) and bathroom(s) were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice.”

”Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!”

”Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked.”

”My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Montecatini Suites. Our room had a big balcony and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking both dinner and lunch. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and supertmarked was only a 2 minute walk away. At checkin the lady didn't speak any English at all, but she called her colleague who could assist us with answering questions. Bed was OK. ”

”Heerlijk vakantie gehad,in en rond het huis alles perfect. Werden ontvangen met fles proseco, en kregen van de vriendelijke eigenaar Massimo een goede uitleg en rondleiding van het huis. Kleine problemen zoals een kapotte waterkoker werden meteen opgelost.”

"Breakfast was excellent. Also staff was very helpfull and nice. Rooms were pretty and big. Location was good, city centre of Lucca was walking distance. Accommondation was next to noisy road, but that did not bother uss. We did love this accomdation."
