This comfortable holiday home is set in a quiet and tranquil environment, thanks to which it becomes the perfect place for spending your well-deserved holidays. It is surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees and enjoys a beautiful view of the valley, where olive groves and oak forests are. From the house, you can also spot the Parapanda Sierra (a 1,604-mt-high mountain) and enjoy breathtaking dawns.

The house is fully equipped. You will find a dining-living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with double beds; in addition, through one of these, you will have access to another space with two single beds. This house is, therefore, ideal for spending a family holiday in a pleasant setting. Please note that the bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of people renting the house.

The living room is provided with air-con, and the three bedrooms rely on electric radiators.

Outside, you will find a large terrace with barbecue, a fenced private pool and outdoor furniture that lets you relax in the sunshine.

The access to this fully fenced plot is possible via a 600-mt unpaved lane. The house is part of a complex of three houses, all independent.

If, during your stay, you want to do some activities, the environment offers many different possibilities. Several walking routes are organised from the holiday home, as well as cultural visits to the main museums and monuments of Montefrío.
