”Fantastic staff, beautiful room and grounds. Food was delicious. We were lucky to enjoy a Jamaican feast. Drinks were top tier. Good wine at dinner, bar drinks were made to order the way you like them ( enjoyed a salt rimmed classic margarita, a vodka olive martini, ice cold beer and rum punches that weren’t watered down at all as other reviews said). Beach was lovely pool was well lit at night. Comfortable bed! Loved having robes in the room but I do suggest putting more size inclusive ones....

”The staff is rude! They refuse to supply towers. I will never ever stay at a place like this. It was a horrible experience 😡”

”Great as usual”

”Well, overall, we had a great time in Montego Bay. The worst part of the hotel was the housekeeping . After the room was cleaned, we had to wait hours to get clean towels and even when the towels were delivered to the room, they looked as though they weren’t completely clean. It was a little dingy. I should say wasn’t like completely white. We had to request towels almost every day, request soap, request shampoo request, conditioner, request lotion. It was like I felt we were begging for the...

”There is bar/club next to the place. I was only there one night, a Friday night, the music was very loud.”

”The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Deja is an inclusive resort with a local feel. I like that it was more of a home feel than a big luxury experience. Authentic food, good people and of course rum! The rooms could use some updates but you’re never inside with the beach right across the street and so much to do. I will be coming back!!”

”Very clean ”

”The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired ”

”Huone oli mukavan kokoinen, siisti ja puhdas. Kulunut se toki oli. Jääkaappi oli miellyttävä yllätys. Hotelli sijaitsee vuoren rinteessä, ja nousu rannalta on yllättävän raskas ja jyrkkä. Toisaalta hotellilta on päivittäin ilmainen kuljetus rannalle ja takaisin. Maisema on mukava. Allas on vaatimaton, samoin baari, mutta molemmat toimii.”

”Hotelli oli perus ok. Wifi ei toiminut hyvin. Sijainti oli mäen päällä, josta hyvät maisemat.”

”Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. Nobody brings you to your room, you have to go and find it for yourself. I had to argue and complain for someone to show me my room. Place is under...

”You get what you pay for it’s not a five star it’s not an all-inclusive the staff was very nice and very customer service”

”lovely local vibe - nice music perfect stop before heading to the airport! Plus Jamaican owned. Short walk for vibes and a local beach / swim.”

”The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes. Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning. The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused. Mould infestation all around. The facility should be closed and removed from the listing. The property as a whole ...

”Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry...

”We waited forever in a shadycary office”
