Beautiful 3 bedroom house with ocean access

  • This beautiful house, located right on the ocean, is 8 minutes from the airport in Montego Bay and offers a stunning view of the sea. It’s just a few steps to your own private beach. It’s also great for children, as the water is shallow at the shore. A nearby reef provides excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving. A kayak is available for rent. Additional water sports options are available in the immediate vicinity. There is also a grill in the garden. Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance. Freshly caught fish every day, just a few minutes’ walk away.
    The “Fairview” shopping center is about a 5-minute drive, taxi ride, or bus ride away.
    A stunning golf course in Rose Hall.
    The house features 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping accommodations: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bed, and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. The house also features 3 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, etc., washer, dryer, TV, radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi.
    My caretaker, Tman, watches over the house day and night and is very friendly and helpful.
    Martin, our chef, will be happy to prepare traditional dishes for you.
    Breakfast:
    $30 per meal for 2–4 people, $5 for each additional person.
    Lunch or dinner:
    $40 per meal for 2–4 people, $5 for each additional person.

    He’d also be happy to drive you to the supermarket.

    PapaD can pick you up from the airport by car or bus.
    1–3 people: $40
    4 people: $50
    5 people: $60
    6–7 people: $70
    8 people: $80
    This is a much more affordable way to get here than taking a regular taxi.

    In addition, a tour bus for up to 12 people is available. It can be booked through Papa D.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Fun Family Relaxation

This place was amazing! The location can't be beat - we spent hours enjoying the view. Tman, Martin and Dwayne made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Our stay at The property was delightful as it was even better than the pictures with private beach acess and all the attendants at the house were beyond warm and welcoming while they attended to all our needs. I would highly recommend this guest house when visiting the montego Bay area.

Lovely stay

We were quite pleased with the accommodations, the welcoming hosts, responsiveness, the great access to the ocean, nice clean pool,etc. There was plenty of space and comfortable chairs to chill-out and the children loved the pool. The rooms were also very comforable and well equipped. The location is quite good in being near restaurants and grocery shops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the house to others and might come back too!

The property was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed, but the “private chef” I don’t know. They wanted us to go buy the food in a country that didn’t even have familiar brands. Not to mention we thought we would be eating authentic Jamaican foods. We wouldn’t know how to shop for that. Plus shopping is a job and we on vacation. We decided if we had to shop we might as well cook. So I thought that was a misconception. The driver assigned seemed to become stalkish and we literally had to break up with him lol. He never left our side, though we appreciated the history lessons, we eould have enjoyed dinner and drinks alone. Not to mention he seemed to make up the prices. Other than that the facility was what we expected. Simply Beautiful!

Paradise in Montego Bay

This property is AMAZING! Our family enjoyed our stay immensely! Rasta T-Man is the best much respect and love to him for making our stay comfortable! The location right on the sea made for enjoyable sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely book again in the future!

Home away from home

All of the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. They took care of all of our needs and pointed us in the right direction for any and everything we wanted. We loved it here and would visit again 100%. Thank you to Tman, and PapaD for being kind and attentive.

Great Place!!

We had a fantastic time on our family vacation to Jamaica and our stay at Triplets on the Bay was excellent. T-Man, Papa D and Dewane were all amazing and accomodating. We would have given a perfect 5/5 if it had not been for the road noise which you can hear day and night. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Triplets on the bay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service ✅, cleanliness ✅, proximity to the heart of Mobay ✅

The pictures on the listing aren’t enough to convey just how beautiful this place is. What I will never forget are the staff. Dwayne (driver) and Martin (chef) elevated our stay with their top tier service. Thanks for making our stay in Mobay fun and memorable 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Triplets on the bay great location

Me and my husband really enjoyed triplets in the bay . The guys there Martin , Pappa D and Tman were extremely helpful . They were always available anytime of the day to assist us with any and anything. The house was clean each room had a bedroom which was very convient.

It was a comfortable house minus no air conditioning in common areas but nice ocean breeze on the ocean but most of all the gentleman Mr.Tman whom takes care of the property was awesome outstanding and felt very secure comfortable and welcome with him he was very accommodating as well attentive! Tman also takes great care in keeping the property clean and consistently cleaning pool etc thank you very much Mr TMan for all you have done and keeping us safe and happy! We will definitely be coming back again in the future to stay at this property thanks to the wonderful people in which were there to help us with our every need!

Tman is very welcoming and helpful. Gabrielle is very friendly. PapaD wowed us with a birthday concert. Martin was quick and efficient. The ocean access was worth its weight in gold.

nice place but not to US/European standards

The view from the house is great, the shared pool area is nice and the owners are friendly. We enjoyed the goodbye song ! However the cleanliness is not what you would expect from a well rated vrbo property (hair in bathrooms and floors, sticky stove and counter) and the house comes with no amenities (no shampoo or body wash, no coffee/tea) so plan ahead if you stay there.

Best VRBO in Montego Bay

We had such an amazing time at this home, thanks to Dewayne, Tman, PapaD and Martin. They were so welcoming and helpful, there when we needed something, and out of the way when we just wanted to relax. We will forever consider them our family. The home is in a prime location, right on the water. The pool is maintained and immaculately clean. Some people have commented on the road noise, it it didn’t bother us.

Beautiful place

Everything was wonderful, just what we were looking for. The on-site staff was wonderful and very helpful. Beautiful view and really nice pool. We had a rental car, but next time we would save the money and use their transportation service. Our only complaint was the busy road and the loud trucks air breaking for the stop light. If they could make airbreaking illegal it would have been a 5star for us . Thanks Evelin. You are wonderful!

Lovely People and property.

Evelin's "Triplets on the Bay" in Montego Bay Jamaica was near perfection. It was beautiful. PapaD and Tman are such gracious hosts. They shared their lives with us. Their rastafarian belief and lifestyle shines through all they do. Such fun lively people. So helpful too. Martin cooked for us the best meals we tasted in all of Jamaica. Thoughts of AJ still make us smile.

Ocean side BUT??

Ocean side was nice, but the location otherwise not good. Right next to a very busy 4 lane, caused issues with sleeping. We also were surprised that only the bedrooms were air conditioned. Kitchen especially got hot Maintenance could be better

Wir waren nur sehr kurz in diesem Haus. Wir hatten es gebucht weil es uns gut gefiel und wir am nächsten Tag wieder nach Hause geflogen sind. Die nähe zu Flughafen war uns hier wichtig. Wir haben eine Perle gefunden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Strand war toll und lud zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein. Die Küche war sehr gut und reichhaltig für die Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Awesome stay!

The stay here was awesome! We are a family of 7(5 children) and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The house was ready for us when we got there. We were met at the property by Tman who showed us around the house and told use everything that we needed to know. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. Papa D droves us anywhere we wanted to go, and Martin prepared us 2 delicious meals at our request! ( Anything we wanted). The pool was kept clean. And the views were just breath taking. We absolutely loved it here and we're already planning to come back next year.
