Ruined birthday thanks to this property and host. Never again!
This apartment has sooooo many issues where do I even begin?! First off don’t rent here if you are looking for a comfortable bed. The bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable we had to sleep on the couch which was 10 X more comfortable than the bed: the pillows were so flat and hard I woke up every day with bad neck pain and headache.shower water never got hot. I guess in Jamaica they consider warm hot, so if you require above warm water don’t rent here. The shower head also barely worked. The shower water pressure was basically a light cry on your shoulder. And on top of that dispite the lack of water pressure, the water that did come out the faucet ended up all over the floor because of the shower seal. The host tried to fix it but tried to tell me the water was hot when it was not and said the reason the water came out the shower was because we had the shower head facing the shower wall which was not the fact. The water couldn’t even reach the shower wall, so that was extremely false. the kitchen, the appliances couldn’t be plugged in on one side of the kitchen because the plugs were broken. We had to use the toaster in the living room plug which was ridiculous. Oven stopped working in the middle of baking my birthday cake. If you are booking for the hot tub don’t. The water is COLD! doesn’t get over 80 deg. FThe bedroom tv never worked our whole 5 day stay. Oh and the toilet seat was broken and hanging on by a thread the entire stay.Host- terrible!Never again
