They will not honor your room choice when booking through 3rd party even when they confirm with you and even if you paid extra. Be prepared to spend money if you want to go anywhere it will be at least $70 one way. The food is so so except the Japanese restaurant which you have to reserve. There are a lot of extra expenses even though it’s all inclusive if you want anything good. They are not good with allergies to foods but they do ask. You basically are going to be very limited on choices. Most of the lobby staff is pleasant and some of the restaurant staff but it is hit or miss. They do not offer food 24 hours so you better not miss meal! Activities are limited in the resort but they will help group shuttles if you book through them. There is absolutely no transportation to and from the airport you have to pay for your own taxis. The massage is good but want to charge $175 for a 1 hour session. I don’t think I would stay here again everyone me met out and about including the locals advised Sandals is much better!
