The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. ”Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back.”

”We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

”Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”

"Not a 4 star hotel. Staff was friendly and usually helpful. Lake view is amazing. Room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but same everyday. Special thanks to egg-men. Really good eggs&bacon. Pool outside was bit trashy but ok anyway. Air condition works fine but freezer was broken. We said that 3 times but no fix. Why not just replace it? I put beers on floor to get them little bit cold. No restaurant. Town nearby (0,5km) was nice, good restaurants and shops. Btw, its not 10min walk to Castel Gandolfo trainstation, it is 20min because Via del lago is closed. Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel with that price."
