Spacious and bright rural house in Montellano with 525 m², accommodating up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As a corner house, all rooms are exterior, featuring large windows and private balconies that fill the space with natural light.



Perfect for families and groups of friends seeking nature and relaxation. From the house, you have easy access to hiking trails in the Sierra de San Pablo, the White Villages of Cádiz, and nearby destinations like Ronda, Seville, and the Costa del Sol. The area is also popular for paragliding.



Bedroom layout:

– Ground floor: bedroom with 2 beds (105 cm) that can be joined as a king size.

– Upper floor:

• bedroom with 2 joinable beds (105 cm)

• bedroom with double bed (150 cm)

• bedroom with 3 beds (105 cm), with option to add an extra bed (90 cm)

– Independent space on request with 2 beds (90 cm).



There are two spacious living rooms: one of 45 m² with fireplace and another of 35 m² with TV and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an Italian coffee maker.



High-speed Wi-Fi, workspace, heating in the living rooms, TV, washing machine, fans, and crib are available. There are games and books for children and adults.



Outside you will find a private pool (available June to September), open terrace, 5 private balconies, and outdoor shower. Street parking is available, and bicycles can be stored inside.



Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events and parties are not permitted. Firewood is provided for stays of up to 2 nights.
