”We had a wonderful stay at the Portola. Staff was very welcoming & helpful through out our stay. Room was very clean with a comfy bed. The location is fantastic being right across from old fisherman’s wharf. Walking/bike path leads right to cannery row!”

”Our experience at the Carmel Bay View Inn was wonderful! The staff were friendly. The location is great. They upgraded us to an ocean view suite with a fireplace. We’ve been visiting Carmel for 25 years, and this was the best ocean view room we’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend!”

”The room was clean and staff was really friendly. The location is amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate and coffee in the morning. The room did get a little warm because there is no AC and the open window wasn't getting the cool air from outside. This was at the end of December on cold days so keep that in mind during the Summer. There was a portable fan in the room that helped a little. Street noise was REALLY Loud at night, and window had to be open due...
