Welcome to one of the best lakeside spots in The Berkshires! This spacious house features a stunning private dock perfect for swimming and vast open grounds ideal for entertaining. Enjoy the cozy fireplaces and send the kids over to the guest house for movie time, which sleeps 2 and includes its own wood stove. With an open floor plan on the main level and a spacious TV room in the basement, this property is the perfect retreat for family and friends to create unforgettable memories together!

Guests have access to the main house, the cottage, and all the surrounding grounds leading down to the lake frontage, as well as our private dock on Lake Garfield located on the western edge of the property.
As hosts we love to use the golden rule. Treat our space like your own and we will have no issues. If something breaks, please let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure it is fixed or replaced before next guests.

Beyond that, to keep it really simple, no smoking, no parties, and fires need to be out before leaving the property. Lifejackets must be worn at all times when doing any form of boating off the dock, Massachusetts State Law.
