”Jabberwock Inn was the perfect place to stay in Monterey. It was close to the harbor and nice shops and restaurants. The most amazing thing about the Inn was definitely the staff. Dorothy was so friendly and welcoming, I've probably never met someone so helpful! They have menus of close-by restaurants there and Dorothy made us a reservation from a really good restaurant. ”This is a nice hotel with great views (ocean view side). I took off 1 star due mainly to the breakfast being a little disappointing. The pastries were small and seemed like the plastic wrapped kind you might get at a convenience store, and overall the options were pretty limited.”

”I would have given it a 5 star if not for the cleaning lady taking all the towels and leaving with 2 bath towels . Never understood why she did that . Then the phone in the room does not work . I can hear the person on the other line but they cannot hear me .”

”Second time staying here. The first stay was nice. No problems at all. This stay was frustrating. We got into town an hr. early and decided to stop by to see if we could use a restroom. After explaining to the woman at the front desk we were checking in in 1 hr and that we just needed to use the restroom from our long drive she said no. I pleaded with this lady due to an emergency to please just use a restroom she showed absolutely no care or worry about my family or our need. Totally...
