”Jabberwock Inn was the perfect place to stay in Monterey. It was close to the harbor and nice shops and restaurants. The most amazing thing about the Inn was definitely the staff. Dorothy was so friendly and welcoming, I've probably never met someone so helpful! They have menus of close-by restaurants there and Dorothy made us a reservation from a really good restaurant. ”Beautiful property. Ocean views. Quaint and quiet. Enjoyed waking up and walking across the street to the Oceanside path that goes for miles and miles. Easy walk to cannery row. Great restaurant at lovers point. Walked everywhere. It was a 10 out of 10. No phones or tv in the rooms which was fine with us. Sat with windows open listening to the ocean and having a glass of wine and snacks and listened to music. They also have complimentary wine from 4 to 6 every evening in the main house sitting...

”The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were especially attentive to details and did a great job of keeping our room tidy and stocked with fresh towels, coffee and clean cups. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the quiet heat/AC that is a split high wall unit instead of a typical noisy under a window unit. The fireplace and the high open beam ceiling made the room feel like so much more than a typical hotel room.”
