”Our stay was great and I apologise for using this platform against hotels.com but they have given me no choice. Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund of £1085.07 made not to my card that purchased...

”We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!”
