”The property was well maintained, breakfast had hot food and a good selection of bagels, bread and pastries. I didn't like their policy that guests must make arrangements before 11 am to have their room serviced. It would be much better to have rooms serviced every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). The rooms were well appointed but the upholstered chairs with a small round table would be better set with a work station and appropriate chair. ”

”I chose this place as my partner and I wanted peace and quiet away from the main areas of Monterey, and it was absolutely perfect! Enormous and very clean room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and area with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The balcony was very nice to have as well. We could only stay one night but this is definitely on our agenda for a longer stay next time.”

”We have never traveled to Big Sur/Carmel By The Sea area before. I was hesitant to book at this hotel given that everything in the Carmel By The Sea area was a lot more than this nightly rate. This property also seemed to be far away from Carmel By The Sea. None of my fears were warranted.
