”The location is great but the property is pretty dumpy. You get the sense that the management only does the bare bones maintenance. I am a regular guest. I had booked 2 nights and asked to cancel the second night and get a credit for another night. It's been several days and I haven't gotten a response.”

”The renovated room we stayed in was lovely. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the river view from the second floor balcony was beautiful and soothing. The one area for improvement was to have microwaves in the rooms. ”

”Parking is steps away from the room. Beds comfy. Bathroom is dated and dirty. No toiletries or coffee. Pool not open. Could not close shades enough to darken room. Staff were helpful.”

Bed was nice and shower clean.
At night we noticed that the door wouldn't lock and had to change room. Otherwise everything went well.”

”We stopped here for a nights sleep on our way to San Francisco. Hotel was a very easy access from 101, the room was spacious and bathroom had just been renovated. Soundproofing was terrible and you could hear the noise of traffic from 101 very clearly. The sheets were stained and i think it was dirt that wouldn't come off in a wash. I woke up Aroun 5am with a bug walking on my hand, and didn't sleep after that. Otherwise it's an ok place for a shut-eye.”
