”An adorable property with all the amenities one could need for a stay in Monterosso. The apartment was very clean which is important to me, and the hosts were wonderful with communication and support. It was fun to stay in a place that allowed us to feel a part of the culture while in Cinque Terre. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. ”Despite the day-long train strike Luisa kept in touch with all of our updates almost immediately and was flexible enough to check us in much later than our anticipated arrival time. ”Great location. Very poor communication with the property manager.We did not get the code to the lockbox , not even at check in at 3pm.Had to call several times the office of Terre marine. We had a little language barrier but we used Google translate and all our questions were answered. We also used WhatsApp to communicate and they had quick responses.
