”Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Room appeared to be nice and adequate. We quickly realized there was a leak in the plumbing around the bathtub which caused the room to flood. The carpet was soaked into the bedroom. We had to relocate to another room.”

”I had called and arranged for the two rooms to be beside each other. That was never noted and we ended up with one room on 1st and one on 3rd. ”

”The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Gave us a ground floor room. The bathroom was clean. The room was ok. Lamps were either dirty or just old. Not sure which. TV was hard to figure out, but a lot of channels. Beds were comfortable. The price was great!!! Plus they have a 1 pet for free policy, that was great. Most hotels charge $50 up. Went to front desk at 6:15am expecting coffee. I knew there was no breakfast, that was fine. No coffee either!! Just an empty space where it usually...

”The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt.”

”Everything about the hotel itself was great. We were very disappointed to discover they no longer have a hot tub because it is advertised as having one and that is what swayed or decision to stay there. ”

”We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY...

”Room was really hot when we walked in. Took an hour for AC to lower it to 70. Other than that, this was the nicest Hampton ever.”
