”We were NOT happy with the overall experience at the property. The main reason for this is the less than satisfactory state of the bathroom and a few other things. We will NOT be visiting this property again 1.⁠ ⁠The shower curtain was dirty, there was grime and dirt and I guess scum growth at the bottom of the curtains. you should replace the shower curtains as soon as possible 2.⁠ ⁠The detachable shower head was wobbly and the hand-held shower kept dropping as soon as water flowed from it—you...

”The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error.”

”Everything with the unit was good except parking is a very big challenge. You cannot get within 3-4 blocks of the unit with a car because it is in a restricted area. The stairwell to get to the unit is very dark, narrow and winding. It was very difficult to manage luggage. The host needs to provide more detail about these things before arrival.”

”You could not ask for a better location to stay in Avignon, right in the centre of everything but somehow totally peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed, shops nearby, market also close by and also a fabulous market on a Saturday. Host was very helpful. Two suggested areas of improvement would be a bit of WD40 on the bathroom door and the bed was creaky so made quite a bit of noise when turning over (although still comfortable) Would definitely use again. ”
