”Staff was not helpful during the check-in process. They became much better a day or two later. The breakfast food was cold. (Egg patties were like they just took them out of the refrigerator), the biscuits broke apart as soon as you touched them. The remaining portion of my visit I went next door to the Waffle House.I cut my visit short by one day because of my experience. I will never recommend the hotel.”

”Never made it.. this stupid app booked me at the wrong holiday inn. I was seated outside of the hotel And press current location and booked another. When I went in they told me that the reservation was for a different one. Tried to cancel and couldn’t because I just booked it. So I lost it.”

”Hotel was conveniently located to shopping, eating and APU. Hotel staff was friendly and kept the hotel clean. Breakfast was simple (pastries, eggs, omelets, sausage and cereals/yogurts) but well done and fresh. Easily 5 stars everywhere.”

”We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).”

”Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.”

”The cheese omelet (or whatever it might have been) was disgusting. I took one bite and chewed and chewed and finally laid it aside. The lady responsible for the coffee, cleaning and the food was excellent. Very polite. The front desk clerk at check in was same person at checkout. He was a bit blunt and didn't exude customer service. ”

”The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.”

”The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!”

”Just a horrible experience. The staff was helpful and courteous but the actual room and hotel were quite sub-standard. I knew that I wasn't staying in 5-star place but the condition of the hotel was still a surprise. We had a none smoking room that had clearly been smoked in. The carpeted floors felt sticky and looked really worn out. Our bathroom had garbage from previous guests and during 4 night stay, it was never cleaned. Shower was loose from the wall and used towels were picked up once...
