About this space
Updated home with lake views from almost every window ! Relax at the lake. Double covered deck to enjoy the views in the shade. Fish from the dock. 2 car garage for keeping your car cool in the summer & dry when it rains. Wake up to the view of the water. Sunrises are amazing. Close to restaurants. Secure guard gated neighborhood. Texas Renaissance Festival 24.5 mile, College Station 55.2 miles. Close to wedding venues & wineries. 1 night is possible on week days, message for requests.
The space
Master has queen bed. Room has connecting bath with separate tub and shower and double vanities. There is a door to the upper deck. 2nd room that also has access to the deck is currently set up as a work space with a day bed and a trundle. 3rd room has a king bed. 2nd upstairs bath is off the hall outside this room. There is another room off this room that has a twin day bed with trundle and a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full on the bottom. There is another full bath downstairs. This home was recently updated so the kitchen and baths are in great condition. There are TV's in all bedrooms except the bunkbed room. The kitchen is stocked with dishes. There is an extra ice maker in the living room. And an extra drink refrigerator by the grill.

The full house - no sharing of spaces.
Other things to note
Texas Renaissance Festival isn’t far. Cute town of Montgomery has a great wine tasting room and restaurants. There is a wine tour that gives a ride to three of the better wineries in the area. Lots or restaurants and shopping close by. Nice neighborhood for walking in. Day trips to College Station or Houston are doable.

Great retreat away from your busy life!

This is a nice place to relax. The house it situated in a gated community. Linda’s place is on the lake and the view is so nice; sparkling water and blooming Crepe Myrtle’s in the summer.

Pleasant lakefront rental in nice area

Potential but needs attention

This home has lots of sleeping space. The smell of dog and mold however made for an unpleasant stay. We found dog bone chews in the sofa. The home has dirty walls and dirty furniture and dirty carpets. There was food in the floor in the kitchen. We had to hunt for paper towels and did not find them until the next day in the laundry room. One of the recliners did not work. The fan on second floor did not work. There is black mold in the closet of one bedroom and in the kitchen. This home is in need of cleaning and repair. The host was very nice.

Texrenfest

Didn't spend much time at the house. Just ate breakfast and slept there. But it did have a lot of equipment to enjoy the water had we had time. It was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing I didnt realize until we got there was one of the bedrooms had to be accessed by going through another bedroom. But all in all I would rent again.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

If you are looking for a great place to stay on Lake Conroe this is the one. Plenty of space, super clean and great communication with the owner. My family loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. We would go back!

Great house on the lake!

Linda's home is an awesome condo right on the water and has been completely updated. We had 7 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for everyone. We walked out to the deck and enjoyed the water. Outdoor grill and drink fridge with chairs to enjoy the view. Beautiful views of the lake from the whole house with large comfy couches and fancy recliners, large TV, a nice large dining table and updated kitchen. Soft and comfortable beds - plenty of beds, too - all upstairs. There is a main/master bedroom with a queen bed, large soaker tub and walk in shower on-suite. The room next to it has a twin and trundle with a desk and both rooms go out to the upstairs deck. The other side of the upstairs is a room with a king bed, large closet and view of the lake. A bunk room is connected to it that sleeps 4-5 with a twin and trundle plus a bunk with a double bed under and twin on top. A second upstairs full bathroom with stand up shower and double sinks, lots of storage. The downstairs full bathroom was needed for a large group like ours. Linda has provided so much for everyone to enjoy - lots of towels for the lake, garage to park your car in, dishes, spices and all we needed in the kitchen. Shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms, plenty of clean towels. It was overall a really great stay in a wonderful neighborhood and we are glad we found Linda's lake house! She was so quick to communicate and organized. We would stay here again if we are back to Lake Conroe! Thank you Linda!

Amazing Property and Host!

The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang out and relax. We loved being right on the lake! We brought a boat and was able to dock it at the property. The host provided all the information needed before the stay, so we were prepared. All the basic necessities were provided in the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We brought our own groceries for the weekend. The host was very responsive to texts during our stay with last minute questions and requests. She responded within minutes of texting her. We will most definitely consider this property for our next stay at Lake Conroe!

Girls Weekend

The property was peaceful and relaxing. We felt safe during our stay. The hostess was very responsive and courteous. She was very gracious and allowed us to modify our Check In/Out times. The home was clean and comfortable. It was very accommodating. The hostess took all the extras into consideration. We had a great time and intend to revisit. This property is highly recommended!
