There are two large parks located in April Sound, both with new equipment and large open spaces for soccer, basketball, and a baseball diamond. There is also two dog parks!

Club Information for pool and Country Club access:
Temporary Access Cards The Club will create and make available at the Club’s reception desk a temporary access card for all Renters listed on the Renter Access Agreement. Each adult Renter (18 or older) must provide an approved photo ID at the reception desk and complete any Club-required documents. The Renter Fee will then be billed to the Sponsoring Member’s account at the Club.

In compliance with April Sound POA regulations, Renters do not have access to the boat/jet ski ramps. You must use a public boat ramp 4 minutes away.

The space:
There is an office on the first floor with a day bed and pull out bed. The office space provides a work station with desk, desk chair, and dual screens, for all your home office work needs. A beautifully decorated loft is located on the second floor, for extra accommodations with a king bed, and twin bed. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor boasts 2 full size beds. Closets are available in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Dressers are also available in every room. Smart TVs are available in every room with YouTube tv access, and Roku. Kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials. We offer a private fire pit ($40 propane delivery) and private dock for fishing. Three Kayaks, a paddle board, and lily pad float are also available. The lily pad must be requested two days in advance, so we can set it up. We also provide basic fishing equipment: net, fishing pole, and bait container. Life jackets available too!
Pellet grill, ax throwing game, giant jenga, corn hole, yard size connect four, a huge lawn for games, and various board games are also available. All of the things listed above are available for your enjoyment, while staying at the Lakefront Cottage. ⛵️
The community is also a safe and beautiful area to walk, run, or ride bikes! Discover the perfect retreat for your furry friend during your vacation! Our dog park offers a spacious, secure environment where your pup can play, socialize, and burn off some energy. Don’t forget our resort amenities (fees apply) with golf, tennis, pools, and workout room…This location truly is a hidden gem!

*Please review the terms and conditions of your booking with us below. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

*A renters agreement must be signed before arrival, and a security deposit hold will be due 5 days before arrival.

*This is a security guard gated community, that requires names of all guests in order to enter into the neighborhood.

*This tranquil community cannot accommodate loud parties or loud music, and ask that your group be respectful by adhering to quiet hours between 10pm-8am. We retain the right to terminate any stay, without a refund, in the event of 2 noise complaints.

*Our max capacity at the Lake Front Cottage is 10 people. The maximum of 10 includes adults, children, and guests visiting for the day. We retain the right to terminate any stay, without a refund, in the event guests exceed the maximum of 10 allowed. Extra people over 10 are $50 per day even if not spending the night.

*Maximum parking at the property is 3 vehicles. If you need additional parking please check with host.

*Please stay off the neighbors yard to the right of us...there is no gate, but we do not share yards. Please do not allow your pets to wonder into their yard.

* We are happy to be hosting your special occasion! However, we do ask that during your decorating, or time here, you do not include glitter, confetti, or silly strings. Use of these items on the property will require additional cleaning time. Please do not attach any decorations that may cause holes on the walls.

*We ask that our guests help us keep the cottage beautiful by not bringing any hair or fabric dyes. We also ask that you not hang any decorations on the walls that punctures holes.

*Please do not sit on couches with a wet bathing suit or wet towels. Outdoor wet towels may be hung along side the railing on the patio.

*Linens and towels - we ask you to respect all bed linens and towels by not staining them.

*Although we are a smoke free home, we allow cigarette/vape smoking out on the dock. To prevent a fire from breaking out, please turn off cigarette buds completely before disposing them in the trash can located on the dock. An ash tray is also provided on the dock. To prevent fires, a $5 fee has been implemented for every cigarette bud found on the grounds, not properly disposed.

* For the optimal enjoyment and preservation of our fire pit, kindly use only propane gas, which is a $40 delivery fee. Do not use wood or any other source, as it will cause damage to the unit.

*We are happy to welcome your pets with a pet fee of $50 per pet per day. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages the pet causes in home. We require all pets to be crated when they are left unattended. If you need a pet crate provided, please let us know 3 days in advance. We have provided a basket displaying 🐾 with sheets, please use them if you will be snuggling with your furry friend on the couch or bed. Please do not allow your pets on the couches when wet, and please dry them off completely before entering into the house. We provide a basket with old towels for the dogs. Kindly ensure that you clean up after your dogs in the yard, and keep them on a leash at all times, while outside.

Bio-hazard cleaning fee of $450 if there is any type of bio-hazard left behind. In addition to the bio-hazard cleaning fee guest agrees to pay replacement costs for linens, towels and sheets that have bio-hazard waste on them.

Urine left by pets: $150 per room

Smoke mitigation in the home. $300

Additional time spent to remove celebration decor left behind. $100 per hour

Unreported pets will be charged $250 per day.

Reported pets will be charged $50 per pet per day. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. We are happy to host service animals without charge, but due to the nature of our community we ask that you let us know if you will be bringing a service animal with you, this allows us to alert our staff ahead of time.

Please review our service animal and pet policy.
A guests service animal must not be:
Out of control
Un house broken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control.

*Being this is a lakefront property, there is lake bugs flying by the lights at night during warmer months. If you don’t want them to come inside, I suggest keeping the sliding doors closed at all times. You may also notice spiders or webs on the boat dock, kayaks, or patio. Please feel free to use the spider web de-weber in the kitchen pantry to clean them off. We do not offer refunds/discounts for insects.
