Comfy Condo with Remote Office / Workspace - Closest Condo to Walden Golf Club!

Just back on VRBO (Oct 1st) after a remodel with new furniture! Relax in this 2 bed and 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor overlooks the Clubhouse with partial views of the 1st hole at Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club.

The living room comes with a brand new large sectional sofa as well as a large 58" smart TV and a 6 person dinner table.

The primary bedroom has a large king bed, private full bathroom and blackout shades to help make for a restful night of sleep.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and an workspace in-between that allows for remote work. The desk is appointed with a large HD monitor, mouse and mousepad, and a powerstrip. The background is clean and simple, which should work for any remote job. Just bring your laptop and you'll have an instant remote workspace!

The kitchen comes stocked with dinnerware, cookware, kitchen utensils and also includes a Keurig machine with a couple coffee and tea pods with cream and sugar packets to make sure your first morning at the condo feels just like home even if you don't have time to stock up for the trip.

The property was very nice for our visit. The only complaint is that the small bathroom toilet did not flush properly and would have to be plunged to work at all. It seems the an object was stuck somewhere in the toilet.

Excellent Repeat Stay
This is the second time we have stayed. And, just as in the first experience our stay was great. Host is very responsive, complex is quiet and in a good location. The condo itself is very clean, open and light. We will stay again.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 days it was very neat and clean very comfortable beds and sofas in living room. And enjoyed watching our favorite shows on big screen TV. It would be great if there were some warm blankets or comforters in single beds room. Just like a very nice comforter was in master bedroom. Overall our stay was wonderful!!

Cozy littlw spot
We had a great time and found the place very cozy. I was worried initially about my toddler and the sliding door but it was secured very safely and the area was really nice.The patio looking out to the Clubhouse even made an amazing morning addition to wake up, sip coffee, and watch all the golfers head in and out. Our Host was Amazing! Michael was very accommodating and responsive. The condo is super comfy and had everything we needed. The place looks just like the pictures. Nice quaint apartment
Mike was very easy to communicate with. Getting in and out of the unit was great and very safe area. For a month stay, it was a little small for our family, however it worked out. The apartment has several plugs available. It has a Keurig so I got to drink my coffee daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
